In other words, CDI/Calder high authorities still led by Thomas Meeker/Ken Dunn/Robert Evans/Austin Miller in a secret manner, yet of a Mafia/Masonic type manner, deliberately ordered a total annihilation of owner/trainer Rene Wagner her newly born baby little girl named Faith and her privately owned/trained 10 thoroughbred racehorse.
This occurred because Rene Wagner along with Dennis Fisher filed a written report on the 3rd of December 2005 with Miami Fbi agent Cynthia Levison, naming names times and places of the foul play acts of CDI/Calder former and present management officials, which led to their massive in-house corruption as Florida/Kentucky trustworthy licensed officials of fixing races to attain fame and fortune at the public's and tax payers expense.
It must be remebered that Rene Wagner was and still is Dennis Fisher's main witness to CDI/Calder foul play and in-house corruption acts, that has secretly affected thousands of peoples, and just to mention illegal aliens and horseman, lives, for over a decade from their private property Calder Racetrack.

What started the ball rolling, was after Dennis Fisher and Rene Wagner we invited to meet with newly appointed Vice President of Calder Racetrack , Michael Abess on the 20th of December 2005.
Bear in mind this was 13 days after Dennis and Rene Wagner filed their confidentila report with the Miami FBI agent Cynthia Levinson.
This meeting lasted for 2 hours, in which Michael Abess acting ignorantly, to what was going on between his high authorties Thomas Meeker/Ken Dunn and others, and Dennis Fisher/Rene Wagner insight of their foul play and in-house corruption acts. Towards the end of the meeting Michael Abess did warn Dennis Fisher/Wagner that if they do not remove his two bosses Thomas Meeker and Ken Dunn from their FBI questionable List, then the CDI authorities via their vested interest powers of Government would drag his potentila law suit out for 5 years and in the process financial annihilate both Fisher and Wagner.
This was not an idle threat but a genuine proposal, but Dennis Fisher and Rene Wagner fortold Michael Abess, with confidence that because his two boses and others within their self governg Masonic body have to tried and if found guilty must go to jail for a myriad of reasons.

A horse trainer and owner has sued Churchill Downs, claiming his horses were drugged and physically abused at tracks in Florida and Kentucky, and allowed other jockeys to maneuver their steeds into his horses during races.
According to the lawsuit filed Tuesday in Miami-Dade Circuit Court, Florida resident Dennis Fisher also claims the race tracks' (quote) "intentional acts of foul play" resulted in permanent injuries and the death ofone of his racehorses.Churchill Downs in Louisville, its management company and Calder Race Course in Miami Gardens, also operated by Churchill Downs, are named as defendants in the lawsuit.
Fisher's lawsuit claims the race tracks' misconduct, including defaming him with allegations that he drugged his own horses, began in November 2004.
The lawsuit says the misconduct stems from a personal vendetta against Fisher "based on information or belief concerning (Fisher's) knowledge concerning possible corruption."
The lawsuit seeks attorneys' fees, court costs and other damages the court deems proper.

Of importance - Dennis Fisher and Rene Wagner knew that Ken Dunn and many other of management like, Thomas Meeker and numerous shareholders, were secretly listening in, what makes this a conspired issue of Churchill Downs and the FBI, was when Michael Abess asked Dennis Fisher (Rene Wagner) if they would remove Thomas Meeker and Ken Dunn names (his two bosses) from the FBI list.

But Cynthia Levinson, did inform Dennis Fisher, that her boss, said that he needed more names and more information, what a joke every name mentioned in the FBI 3rd of December 2005 written report, from which ranged from top Mr. Churchill Downs himself Thomas Meeker as the 22 year President of Churchill Downs Corporation, to even to Joseph De Francis within the Maryland horse racing district and many others like Ken Dunn Calder's President and the lst goes on and on either stepped down, many were fired or asked to leave in a very unorthodox manner or way, some mysteriously died. net just after the late Bobby Umphrey died to the loyalty to the which is another confirmation, that the FBI were operating on the same page as Churchill Downs management Corporation and its Shareholders.
The reason being the cover up by the FBI of the late Bobby Umphrey sudden death on or about the 31st of December 2005, which was recorded as a sudden heart attack. was that after the late Bobby Umphrey died of a supposed to be a major heart a attack, which was merely a cover up, because all knew the Late Bobby Umphrey had a major drug problem which was in Fisher/Wagner's 2005 FBI written report. of a drug overdose, which obviously caused a major heart attack or stroke on or about the 31st December 2005, when Dennis Fisher heard of the death of Bobby Umphrey, he immediately contacted Mimai FBI angent Cynthia Levinson, requesting they do a post mortum on the late Bobby Umphrey. which was and still is in the Fisher/Wagner 3rd of December 2005 report of the late Bobby Umphrey and other Calder Racetrack officials drug problem. so for Michael Abess and the other Churchill Downs officials knowing that Thomas Meeker and Ken Dunn names were on the FBI List proves that the confidentiality between the FBI nad Dennis Fisher had leaked out to Masonic partners Churchill Downs Corporation.

(e) for violating a request by letter in Feb/March of 2005, addressed to the Board of Directors of Churchill Downs Corporation, from the then elected FHBPA President Linda Mills, Vice President Ken Sterling and Randy Mills as a witness, to be allowed to bring in the sniff dogs, after gaining sufficient evidence and witnesses, that Calder's racing secretary the late Bobby Umphrey/Calder's former Stall Superintendant Stoney McClaughlin were storing and supplying main line drugs on Churchill Downs Corporations private property Calder Racetrack.

According to the lawsuit filed Tuesday in Miami-Dade Circuit Court, Florida resident Dennis Fisher also claims the race tracks' (quote) "intentional acts of foul play" resulted in permanent injuries and the death ofone of his racehorses.Churchill Downs in Louisville, its management company and Calder Race Course in Miami Gardens, also operated by Churchill Downs, are named as defendants in the lawsuit.
Fisher's lawsuit claims the race tracks' misconduct, including defaming him with allegations that he drugged his own horses, began in November 2004.
The lawsuit says the misconduct stems from a personal vendetta against Fisher "based on information or belief concerning (Fisher's) knowledge concerning possible corruption."
The lawsuit seeks attorneys' fees, court costs and other damages the court deems proper.
